Please note that Potential Proposers for any and all Initiatives shall be required to complete and submit a RFP Registration in order to request information from CBRE or its partners, receive updates and addenda to the RFP and to ultimately make a submission to Cuyahoga County. Potential Proposers are encouraged to submit their RFP Registration as early as possible.
Cuyahoga County will be offering 13 properties for sale ranging in size from 20,000 SF to 800,000 SF. The total disposition will constitute approximately 1.6 Million SF of real estate. The County will consider all offers that are appropriately presented and represent a positive return to taxpayers, re-use of the property, and minimal environmental impact.
